About Dr. McClain
Dr. McClain and his team
set the highest standard for pediatric and adolescent dentistry in Camden and Paris, TN. Dr. McClain has worked in orthodontics for over 40 years, and knows how important knowledge and care for children's health are in his field. A native of Mayfield, Kentucky, Dr. McClain attended Murray State University and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He earned his dental degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, and after graduating, he practiced in Clinton, Kentucky for a year before joining the US Navy Dental Corps. As a Navy Commander, he was stationed in Bermuda; Spain; Bethesda Naval Hospital; Washington DC; Ft. Meade, Maryland; and Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. McClain acquired his current Paris orthodontic practice from Dr. Ernie Kuhlo.
An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. McClain is an active member in many leading dental and orthodontic organizations, including the:

- 7th District Dental Society
Dr. McClain loves animals and volunteers with the local Humane Society. He also enjoys traveling, collecting coins, studying military history, and spending time with his wife, Debbie, their two adult sons, and his Jack Russell terrier, B.B.
